No. Your brand files are stored on file after your first order. Every auto-reorder ships with the same logo, colors, and product specifications as your original order. You do not need to submit artwork, approve a new proof, or contact us between shipments. If you ever want to update your branding, contact our team and we will update your files before the next cycle.
Can I change my quantity between shipments?
Yes. You can adjust quantity, change your reorder frequency, pause a subscription, or cancel at any time from your customer account. If you have a seasonal property or a slow period coming up, you can pause and reactivate when you are ready. No penalties, no minimum commitment.
Can I put multiple products on different reorder frequencies?
Yes. Each product subscription is managed independently. You might set custom pens to ship every 6 weeks and door hangers every 12 weeks. Every subscription appears in your account and can be managed separately. Mix and match frequencies across products to match each item's actual depletion rate at your property.
How do I get started if I have not ordered from Western Hotel Supply before?
Place your first order for any product in the reorder program through the product page — select the auto-reorder option and choose your frequency at checkout. Your first order establishes your brand files and product specifications. Every subsequent auto-reorder ships from those stored specifications automatically. Is the Hotel Supply Reorder Program available to franchise hotel properties?
Yes. Both independent and franchise hotel properties can use the reorder program. Franchise properties ordering through a brand store can also set up auto-reorder on eligible products. If you are a franchise GM and want to set up a reorder program for your property's consumable supplies, contact our team and we will walk you through the setup.
What if I need to add a new product to my reorder program?
Simply go to any of the 41 products available in the reorder program, select the auto-reorder option on the product page, choose your frequency, and add it to your cart. It will appear as a new subscription in your account alongside your existing ones. There is no limit to how many products you can have on auto-reorder.
