Your first order establishes your brand files and product specifications. Every subsequent auto-reorder ships from those stored specifications automatically. Is the Hotel Supply Reorder Program available to franchise hotel properties?
Yes. Both independent and franchise hotel properties can use the reorder program. Franchise properties ordering through a brand store can also set up auto-reorder on eligible products. If you are a franchise GM and want to set up a reorder program for your property's consumable supplies, contact our team and we will walk you through the setup.
What if I need to add a new product to my reorder program?
Simply go to any of the 41 products available in the reorder program, select the auto-reorder option on the product page, choose your frequency, and add it to your cart. It will appear as a new subscription in your account alongside your existing ones. There is no limit to how many products you can have on auto-reorder.
