For custom embroidered items or printed products, lead times depend on current production schedules. Stock items can often ship same or next day. Don't wait to ask — the sooner you call, the more options we have.

We work with independent hotels and new properties regularly and can help you build a complete opening order from scratch — uniforms, key cards, in-room supplies, signage, entrance mats, and more. Email your logo files to customerservice@westernhotelsupply.com along with your order or quote request. We need vector format (.AI or .EPS) for embroidery and large-format items, and a high-resolution PNG for print. If you only have a JPEG or a low-resolution file, contact us — our team can often work with what you have or advise on how to get the right files from your original designer.

All unused, non-customized items can be returned for credit within 30 days of the shipping date. Contact our customer service team for return instructions — the customer is responsible for return freight. Custom items and embroidered apparel cannot be returned except in the case of a manufacturer defect. Restocking fees may apply. If something arrived damaged or incorrect, call us immediately and we'll make it right.
