Name tag inserts for the Imprint Plus system are printed using NamePrint Graphics Design Software v3.0, which allows you to set up custom templates with your hotel's logo, employee name, job title, and department. Templates are designed once and then used repeatedly — print a single insert for a new hire or print a full batch when onboarding a large team. Insert sheets are printed on a standard laser printer using the Medium Insert Sheets for Laser (polycarbonate, 20 inserts per sheet). Once printed, the insert slides into the name tag frame and the lenscover snaps over it to protect the printed surface.
