Unused, non-customized items may be returned for credit within 30 days of the original shipping date. To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team for return authorization and instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all approved returns. Please note that custom products and embroidered apparel are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturer defect or product issue.
